Our Story
Welcome to YOUEAT,
The idea of developing healthy eating habits starting from childhood inspired us to create healthy portion plates for kids and adults.
It's been proven, if children are encouraged to eat healthy during their childhood, they are more likely to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout adolescence and adulthood.
Educating children daily to eat moderate portion sizes, make balanced meals, and choose healthy foods becomes more and more important as later children spend more time away from home and gain independence in their food options. Parents should set an example of healthy eating and encourage children to follow their lead.
When creating the design of our plates, we aimed to make it colorful in a way that attracts the child's attention and invites him to participate in the process of placing the food on a plate.
The design of the plate introduces the child to main food groups, forms an idea of a balanced diet, and engages the child and family in a fun discussion about what is on the plate.
Each time we receive positive feedback from a parent or a child, we are convinced that we have made the right choice to create such a useful product.
Our hope is that these plates will contribute to the health of children and bring them enjoyment.
